LITCHFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOLS BOARD OF EDUCATION BUDGET WORKSHOP MEETING August 29 , 2016
Mitch Feldman called the meeting to order at 7:40 p . m . Members Present : Jim Holm , Todd Wardyn , Mitch Feldman , Bill Howard , and Marie Sweley Visitors : None Dr . Maline went over the budget and numbers for the 2016-2017 school year . No Action was taken . Jim Holm made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:43 p . m . Todd Wardyn seconded the motion . Motion carried 5-0 . The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Education will be at 7:30 p . m . on September 19 , 2016 and on September 12 , 2016 for a Budget Meeting at the schoolhouse . The agenda is a continuous agenda and is available for examination during regular hours at the office of the Superintendent . Public notice of the meeting will be given in the Small Town Times Newsletter and in the Sherman County Times .

President Mitch Feldman called the regular meeting to order at 7:31 p . m . to discuss policies of Wellness and Nutrition , Parental Involvement in the Schools , and Bullying Prevention in place at Litchfield Public Schools .
Members Present : Bill Howard , Marie Sweley , Mitch Feldman , Steve Heapy , Todd Wardyn , and Jim Holm entered late .
Visitors : Susan Poland , Jeralynn Moser , Sue Stubbs , Katheryn Sauer , Ruth Epley , Mr . Klimek , Robin Stevens , & Max Kroger- NRCSA , Shari Becker & Carl- NASB Representative .
The regular meeting started at 7:45 p . m .
President Mitch Feldman announced and informed the public that a current copy of the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall of the meeting room , and also indicated the instructions for those who wish to speak during the public forum .
