LITCHFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOLS BOARD OF EDUCATION BUDGET WORKSHOP MEETING August 29, 2016
Mitch Feldman called the meeting to order at 7:40 p. m. Members Present: Jim Holm, Todd Wardyn, Mitch Feldman, Bill Howard, and Marie Sweley Visitors: None Dr. Maline went over the budget and numbers for the 2016-2017 school year. No Action was taken. Jim Holm made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:43 p. m. Todd Wardyn seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Education will be at 7:30 p. m. on September 19, 2016 and on September 12, 2016 for a Budget Meeting at the schoolhouse. The agenda is a continuous agenda and is available for examination during regular hours at the office of the Superintendent. Public notice of the meeting will be given in the Small Town Times Newsletter and in the Sherman County Times.
LITCHFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOLS BOARD OF EDUCATION REGULAR MEETING September 19, 2016
President Mitch Feldman called the regular meeting to order at 7:31 p. m. to discuss policies of Wellness and Nutrition, Parental Involvement in the Schools, and Bullying Prevention in place at Litchfield Public Schools.
Members Present: Bill Howard, Marie Sweley, Mitch Feldman, Steve Heapy, Todd Wardyn, and Jim Holm entered late.
Visitors: Susan Poland, Jeralynn Moser, Sue Stubbs, Katheryn Sauer, Ruth Epley, Mr. Klimek, Robin Stevens, & Max Kroger- NRCSA, Shari Becker & Carl- NASB Representative.
The regular meeting started at 7:45 p. m.
President Mitch Feldman announced and informed the public that a current copy of the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall of the meeting room, and also indicated the instructions for those who wish to speak during the public forum.
