Recognition of the LEA for the 2021-2022 Negotiations
Please see the letter in the packet sent by the LEA for approval of the LEA to be the bargaining agent
for the Litchfield faculty for the 2021-2022 contract year. We are in the second year of our 2-year
agreement with them and have already recognized them for the 2020-2021 school year last October. If
we might agree to another 2-year deal than we would need to first recognize them as the bargaining
agent for the following year too.
Negotiation Committee Information
I attended the NASB Labor Relation meeting on Thursday. I have included information including a
timeline for negotiations. The current Master contract is included and some of the current base salaries
that would fall into our array. We will have to have at least one meeting before November 1 st .
