FFA Officers attend EDGE

Seven members of the Litchfield FFA par-
ticipated in the EDGE Conference in Grand
Island on September 25 th . The EDGE con-
ference is a leadership conference for FFA
students. The day was spent participating in
leadership activities led by the Nebraska
State FFA officers. On October 1 st , the Li-
tchfield FFA officer team traveled to
Ansley to participate in Connecting Chap-
ters training. The students learned how to
lead activities with younger students and
how to promote Ag Literacy. Other schools
in attendance included Ansley, Broken
Bow, Elba and Sandhills. The training was
sponsored by the Nebraska Farm Bureau
Foundation. FFA Fruit sales are being held
through October 31 st . Please contact any
