April Superintendent Report
April 16, 2018
Policy Update on 503.7 2nd Reading (pg.1-7)
Attached are the new version and the old version with changes.
Motion: I recommend to approve the second reading of Policy 503.7.
District Homeless Policy Update - 1 st Reading
Attached is an updated Homeless Policy through the ESU 10. The ESU 10 lawyers have rewrote the policy
with the wording they need schools to adopt for Title I funding. This was rewritten in summer of 2017 so this
needs to be updated for this federal funding.
New policy pg. 8-11 and current policy is 12-14.
Motion: I recommend to approve the first reading of the updated District Homeless Policy.
ESU Title 1 Cooperative Agreement
Attached is the ESU Title I Cooperative agreement to participate in the 2018-2019 Cooperative. Will need
confirm authorization and have evidence in the board minutes that we agree to participate.
Motion: Move to participate in the 2018-2019 ESU 10 Title I Cooperative.
