St. Patrick’s Day originated after the Saint Patrick himself died on March 17th of 461, even though he was not
Irish, he was British. His death marked the rise of a tradition in order to honor him, this tradition is now
known as St. Patrick’s Day.
St. Patrick’s Day has very popular symbols which are shamrocks, and little men called Leprechauns.
Shamrocks are also the flower of Ireland
Legends say that each leaf of the Clover/Shamrock has a meaning: Hope, Faith, Love, and LUCK
