May Superintendent Report Litchfield Public Schools May 20, 2019 FBLA Presentation Caden Holm and Calvin Finley qualified for the Nationals FBLA competition with their business plan. They will have to give a presentation when they compete this June in San Antonio and would like to give their presentation to the board. Building and Grounds Road Update: Jim Kleeb, from Underground Construction will be finding the exact location of the water line the Week of the 20 th . I talked to Scott Lammers on Wednesday and he will begin removing the existing road and grading it soon after school has been released for summer. Todd Wardyn is planning on laying the road after June 8 th . Summer projects: -Paint Social Studies room, White building hall, and outside on Brick building. -Clean up the northwest corner from the dead trees and remove some shrubs. - Personnel Update Mrs. Miller has agreed to stay with the staff as a Para. Our numbers in Pre School are down to where we don’t need an extra teacher but still need a para for the amount of students. Coaching assignments have been finalized. Support Staff Salaries for 2019 – 2020 Discussion for support staff salaries for the 2019 – 2020 school year. I have enclosed options of salaries for the board to consider. Motion: I recommend that the support staff be given a 2% raise as presented at the meet- ing for the 2019 -2020 school year beginning September 1, 2019. Superintendent Evaluation
