Litchfield Public Schools

Election of Officers
Board will need to elect board officers for 2019.
Federal Program Administrator
Each year the board of education must assign an administrator to be the Federal Programs Administrator.
Motion: I recommend that Superintendent, Wade Finley, be assigned as the Litchfield Public Schools Federal Programs Ad-
ministrator for 2019.
Personnel Resignation
I have a letter of resignation from Mariah Sekutera for the elementary para position. Her last day as the elementary para will be Jan-
uary 18th. Mr. Drew and I have talked to Jennifer Ritchie and she will take over the open position full time on January 21st.
Fort Kearny Conference
Mr. Goodman and I had a meeting with the other Superintendents from the Fort Kearny Conference last Tuesday. Positive meeting
and another step toward possibly joining the conference.
2019-2020 Calendar
Mr. Goodman, Ms. Fessler, Mr. Drew and myself will be putting together next year’s calendar and will have one ready to present to
the board at the February board meeting on the 18 th .
Building and Grounds
-Road update.
Scott Lammers will be giving an estimate on removing old concrete and asphalt. I’ve contacted concrete people about getting an
estimate for the concrete work. I have asked to have them to me by February board meeting.
-Gym Update.
The lights are completed. We are ready to have it available to the public.
Superintendent and Board Evaluations
Board will request to go into executive meeting to discuss evaluation and superintendent contract.
