BOARD MEETING
November 5, 2018
Vice President Jim Holm called the meeting to order at 7:38 p.m. Members Present:
Jim Holm, Steve Heapy, April Gross, and Bill Howard.
Visitors: None
Vice President Jim Holm announced that a current copy of the Open Meetings Law is posted
on the wall of the meeting room.
Bill Howard made a motion to excuse Mitch Feldman and Marie Sweley from the meeting. Sec-
ond by April Gross. Motion carried 4-0.
Bill Howard moved to accept the resignation of Pepper May retroactive for the date October
31, 2018. Second by Steve Heapy. Motion carried 4-0.
April Gross made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:49 p.m. Second Bill Howard. Mo-
tion carried 4-0.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Education will be at 7:30
p.m. on November 19, 2018. The agenda is a continuous agenda and is available for examination
during regular hours at the office of the Superintendent. Public notice of the meeting will be giv-
en in the Small Town Times Newsletter and in the Sherman County Times.
