In this workshop : Dr . Debra Dupree brings to us in a fun-filled way an understanding of the “ brain ” differences in how we process , the variations in brain structure , the neurotransmitters ( or chemistry ) of the brain , and the blood flow impact on brain activity . With this deeper but basic understanding of the neuroscience of how we relate , we now have the knowledge on how to make choices in how we engage , building our emotional intelligence for more effective leadership .
