JP is originally from the U.S. Territory of Guam. He is proud of his mixed heritage of Chamorro, Spanish and Irish- American. He is a board member of the Golden Gate Business Association and has been an Ambassador for the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce for over 5 years. He is a member of the Grand Ducal Council of San Francisco and Imperial Court and is Vice- President of the Bay Networking Group. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University in International Relations.
