LEADERS
LISA KERNOGHAN
Lisa is a worship leader at CFC Belfast.
She is involved in the Songwriting and
Creative teams, passionate about creating
an atmosphere where people encounter
the Holy Spirit in worship. She is also
founder and director at Vibe Academy
and lives in Belfast with husband
Pete and two kids, Poppy and Leo.
THE URBAN PRAISE PROJECT
The UP Project provides an arena to
party and celebrate God with one
another, enabling people to worship and
be set free to glorify Him. They want to
have a party with God, be loud, dance,
celebrate, let our hair down, and give
it all to Him. You will dance. You will
sing. You will jump. This is a promise.
JAMES TURNER AND THE
SM HOUSE BAND
James and Elise Turner are leading
our House Worship Band at this years
festival. James is the worship team
leader for the Hub Belfast and has been
leading worship for the last 10 years.
Elise is a high school music teacher and
has years of experience of leading choirs
and bands. James and Elise are one year
married this July and live in East Belfast.
They worship together at the Church of
the Resurrection, the heartbeat of The
Hub Belfast. In their spare time they love
having BBQ’s and watching ‘Nashville.’
James loves Coleraine FC, Elise does not!
MAINSTAGE SPEAKERS
KRISH KANDIAH
Krish is the Founding Director of Home for Good, a young
charity seeking to make a real difference in the lives of
vulnerable children. Together with his wife, Miriam he co-
authored a catalytic book “Home for Good” which blends the
story of God and addresses challenges of our times. Krish is
in demand as a speaker both nationally and internationally.
AMY ORR-EWING
Amy Orr-Ewing is EMEA Director for RZIM, and Director of
Programmes for the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics
(OCCA). Amy is a passionate exponent of a rational Christian
response to many of the pressing cultural issues of the day,
bringing her formidable theological knowledge to bear on a
wide variety of subjects.
GAVIN CALVER
Gavin Calver is the Director of Mission at the Evangelical
Alliance and has a burning passion to see the Gospel reach
every person in the UK. Gavin is married to Anne and they
have 2 children; Amelie and Daniel. He is a passionate AFC
Wimbledon supporter and was part of the team that broke
the World Record for the longest 5-a-side football match.
STU BOTHWELL
Stuart is 29 and married to the lovely Emma. Together, they
live in East Belfast and are passionate about seeking the
flourishing of the city. There’s little Stuart loves more than
sharing meals with friends both old and new. He is constantly
searching for new music to wrap his ears around.
JOSHUA LUKE SMITH
The Bath based wordsmith’s self produced debut EP landed
in the top 10 of the UK and international iTunes charts and
has lead the young poet receive BBC 6 Music radio play as
well as features with BBC 1xtra and the London Roundhouse.
This year he released his new EP, “Dead Man” to widespread
acclaim.
