P r e n r e Co Recip Ingredients 1 ripe papaya (medium size) 100g whipping cream powder 1 tin condensed milk 1/2 cup chilled milk 1. Chop and blend the ripe papa- ya (without water) until you get a puree consistency. 2. In a bowl, add whipping cream powder with 4 tbsp of chilled milk and blend with hand mixer. - Mix until smooth. 3. Add the remaining chilled milk, and mix until smooth. 5. Add tin of condensed milk and mix well. 6. Finally, add papaya puree and mix well. 7. Use spatula to fold mixture in the bowl to get everything the hand mixer may have missed. 8. Put mixture in a container, Saran - wrap and freeze for 4 hours. 9. After 4 hours, remove from freezer - and beat frozen ice cream in container with hand mixer. Wrap and freeze again for 8 hours.
