kids

In today’s society, you can easily chat
with someone face-to-face with a few
swipes of an imaginary screen. This
has made our lives so much easier
and lazier.
This has helped kids study in a few
ways: Instead of looking through 2 or
3 books to find information, we can
ask Amazon Alexa.
We can now type up different
projects using Microsoft Word.
Instead of writing down thousands of
words, you can just type them up.
Now with every positive there is
always a negative. Especially with the
games we play today. Here is how it
prevents us from studying.
Children love to play games, right?
Cricket, basketball, tennis and
football. These sports are harmless.
Sure you get a few cuts and bumps,
but these sports actually test your
mental know-how to defeat your
opponent. They also make you
physically fit. These are the games
that are good for us.
With the invention of the computer,
Steve Russell created the first video
game entitled “Tennis for two”. This
led to a world of online gaming. Now
gaming for an hour is fine but gaming
for 6-7 hours is way too much.

Playing video games eventually takes
the time you are using to study. Then
it becomes serious and your grades

studying. This should tell you that
studying comes first and video
games come after.
