Here are four things you can do to quickly build your global authority and become a highly sought-after brand from anywhere in the world. Focus: I always say to my clients, find your one thing. The thing that you know for sure you can deliver RESULTS on and sell that one thing, scale that one thing and then use your authority in that thing to build your empire of things that you are passionate and great at. Lack of focus is one of the key sources of failure for business-owners long- term. It takes a lot of discipline when you are a creative person to stay focused, but you will reap the rewards.
