SESSION ON MEDIA PRODUCTION BY A FORMER STUDENT

15 Oct. 2019: The Mass Communication area of the Department of Languages, Literature and
Aesthetics (LLA) organized a session on Media Production by a former student of SLS, Ms. Shaily
Sangvi. Ms. Sanghvi did her Bachelor's with Mass Communication (Major) in 2017. She has been
working in the media and entertainment industry for about two years. She has worked with production
houses like Alt Balaji and Monozygotic among others. Shaily conducted the session for MA (Semester
I) students as well as BA (Semester V) students to share insights into the reality and scope of job
opportunities in the media and entertainment industry. She spoke about her experiences in the past
two years. Post her lecture, she left the floor open for questions and answer session.
