1. Invited to present two research papers at International Labour Ofce Headquarters, Geneva for the 5th Regulating for
decent work conference. Titles of the papers were:
a) Impact of Automation on Employment in Information Technology Industry in India: When Advantage Becomes
disadvantage due to technical progress
b) Changing work organizations and implications for Decent Work- A case study of Information Technology industry in India
2. Invited as a Resource person at Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute, Ahmedabad on 3rd August 2017 to speak on 'Towards a
decent work paradigm' at their 'Training programme on labour market and employment policies'. Interacted with trade union
members, government representatives and research scholars.
