- Organized a two day workshop on Developing State Action Plan for Children
(SPAC) from in consultation with UNICEF, Gandhinagar. The objective is to Design
and facilitate group work on SPAC priorities in Gujarat from the lens of inclusion
and equity. October 20-21, 2016. The workshop saw a large representation from
the civil society, NGOs and policy makers (Detail report attached)
- Presented a paper on An Analysis of the 70:20:10 model in the present day
Organizational Culture, in 8th International Conference on Strengthening
Strategies, Shaping Policies and Empowering Personnel: Key to Organizational
Competitiveness, January 7-9, 2017 at Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior
- Conducted a workshop for 4th semester MLW students on 'Decision Making' by
the MLW Department, Gujarat University' on 24th January 2017
- Attended one week workshop on “Research Methodology in Psychology and
Education” from 26th December to 1st January at Knowledge Consortium of
Gujarat (KCG) Ahmedabad.
