play drums to her mother , she was a little bit angry with me because she thought that I am making jokes , but later when she heard her daughter ' s music , she was more than happy ."
Pesikan adds that in his experience , it has been shown that one of the most important things is to remove fear from our sessions . As he explains during the session , butterflies are flying around in their own rhythm .
" In my classes , I am trying to enhance everyone to sing , to express their feelings , and not to be afraid that they will possibly make a mistake . It is almost impossible to make mistakes in music because whenever you play , you are producing some music . Maybe it is not the best melody , but still , it is some kind of product . Every word and every sound can be part of the song ; we just have to be creative . For example , with children with cerebral palsy , you often have a situation where children are more mumbling than talking , but I always try to hear and understand what they are straining to tell . Then I use that word , and I make a song from it , and every time I see that they are extremely happy because they are finally part of music , not just the listeners ."
Pesikan says he transfers fear into words , words into text and then text into music . “ Music is the only thing that follows humans through all their life . Everything is passing , but the music is always there . Therefore we are so used to it that now our life would be almost unimaginable without music . It transfers energy to us ; thus our left side of the brain , which is the center for creativity , produces more hormones like serotonin , which we call the hormone of luck .”
