and production manager for different clients where I had the opportunity to see the industry from the inside and how it works in real life. This is how I learnt about the process of creating a collection from its early stages until it’s done and can be shown on the catwalk. Even though I have worked for big firms, I couldn’t give my best, I needed a mentor who could see that I had much more to give. When I decided to launch my brand, YEAGOB, it was when I really saw all the hard work as I had no one above me to help me make the important decisions. It has been, for me, a way to complete my training in the fashion world and it will hopefully offer me a brighter future. WHERE AND WHAT DID YOU DO IN THE FASHION WORLD PREVIOUSLY? I worked as a designer for TitisClothing where I first started my internship, but I ended up working with them for a year and a half until I decided to launch my own brand. TitisClothing has been in the business for more than 10 years and has more than 200 sales points around the world. There I could not only design but get to know how the business works from the inside, I followed the whole creative processes of the collections. I worked for other brands as well as a production manager and for other similar categories in which I managed to learn quite a lot about dressmaking, which has been very useful for my first collection. The type of man that I have in mind when I design is one who is daring and creative. WHAT/WHO IS THE SOURCE OF YOUR INSPIRATION? Inspiration for me is anywhere and everywhere. I once was inspired by an abandoned building! I always tend to inspire myself with everything decadent, things in ruins, weird structures, the cold and
