Or maybe they’re just some
clothes. They look great in the
here and now. Perhaps that’s
the difference between fashion
and costume – that costume
need have no regard for
contemporaneous practicality.
Not one of these garments
looks inappropriate for today’s
lifestyle. The fact that they
might also be appropriate for
tomorrow’s might just be a
fringe benefit.
