Con D They say that things go around in cycles and, when I started playing for Sleaford almost 40 years ago, most of the club was run by volunteers. If this is done right, it does have the advantage of involving members and making more people feel part of the club. Finally, thanks to all our team and club sponsors for support- ing Sleaford Cricket Club; those who provide the excellent teas for home games; the coaches and their assistants; the committee members and everyone else who gives their time to ensure the smooth running of the club.
