Ingredients
• 1 Beef Tenderloin
• Salt
• Black Pepper
• Any Oil ( Preferably Olive Oil )
• Dijon Mustard ( Adjust Based on the Size of the Tenderloin )
• 1 lb mixed mushroom
• 1-2 Shallots
• A Few Cloves of Garlic
• A Few Sprigs of Thyme
• Red Wine
• 10 Slices of Prosciutto
• Enough Puff Pastry to Completely Cover the Beef Wellington
• 1Beaten Eggs
• Flaky Salt
