Concluding the SLAS
Basketball Girls 23-24

The girls ’ basketball season has finally come to an end , with our hard work placing us in a respectable eighth place in the cup tournament . After 5 years of joining in the Ladycats ’ Basketball , it brought me to tears that it has ended .
We had the tournament at SAS Puxi on January 21,2024 and we played with lots of sweat and passion . We lost the first game against SMIC , and second game against SAS Pudong , but after the talk with our coach and co players , we stood up as a team and won against Dulwich . We may have begun with a loss this tournament , but we won the last game with the help of the great efforts of the players ’ this season .
This basketball season started off with strong tactics , such as the team and the cohesiveness of the play . We , the ladycats , join practice almost every afterschool in order to win the games . Throughout the season , we have played 4 games and 1 friendly game , from which we won 2 games .
