Kokal Corn

Kokal Corn is a corn chip . I like Kokal Corn because there are many flavors such as original taste , sweet taste , spicy flavor , corn soup flavor , etc . All Kokal Corn variations are made from corn starch and basic salt seasonings . You can easily get them from any Korean store . In addition , it has a special name . “ Kokal ” in Korean means a cone that you can see on the road . A lot of young kids like to put one on each finger and pretend as if they are claws .
“ Chips were good , but too salty .” - Kitty ( 4 / 5 ) “ I could feel the fresh corn from the chip , and the saltiness was enough .” - Wills ( 3.5 / 5 ) “ I could taste the salt and corn flavors of the chips .” - Intisar ( 3 / 5 )

Sikhye

13 | SLAS TIMES
Sikhye is a Korean traditional drink made of sweetened , fermented rice . It is usually served as a dessert in Korean restaurants because sikhye after dining can help digestion . Sikhye is simple and easy to make , but it takes a long time . In order to make sikhye , you need to spend whole night to ferment the rice to create unique sweetness and flavor . I like it due to its special texture of the rice .
“ Sikhye was unusual and sweet for me because it was very different from the Taiwan drink .” - Kitty ( 3 / 5 )
“ The drink was too sweet . I want the rice to be thicker .” - Wills ( 3.5 / 5 ) “ I enjoyed Sikhye which was new , different , and unlike American style drinks .” - Intisar ( 4 / 5 )
