A useful device with a larger screen , but it doesn ’ t have enough new features to make current Apple Watch users upgrade
On October 15 , 2021 , Apple revealed the Apple Watch Series 7 , featuring a larger crack-resistant and quicker charges than previous Apple Watches . It has the same processor as the Series 6 and is built with the same materials . It is available in 41mm and 45mm sizes and features an optical heart sensor , a built-in compass , an alwayson altimeter , and more .
Apple watches are the best option for people who want to be less dependent on smartphones .
Typing Space and Readability
I got the 41 mm version . The buttons for entering words extend beyond the corners of the screen . As a result , it is easier for me to tap the buttons and more comfortable to type or slide . However , most buttons are between 12 and 27 percent larger , which means the app icons can still look squished .
The Series 7 also offers a full QWERTY keyboard that lets you reply to messages by typing or sliding the keyboard on the screen . However , the problem with this sliding feature is that the accuracy is not 100 percent .
Battery Life and Charge

Compared to companies like Samsung and Fitbit , Apple has not included a sleep tracker in this Apple Watch . Features like breathing monitoring , a mindfulness app , guided meditation sessions , and workouts are not exclusive to Series 7 . However , Series 7 brings exciting new workout types supported by powerful apps such as core training , dance , and more .
Final Verdict
All people are not necessarily buying smartwatches , but I recommend them to people who want a more convenient and easy way to workout or view notifications . Apple users that own previous apple watches are suggested not to buy the Series 7 , but if you are new to Apple watches , then the Series 7 would be a great suggestion .
The most important thing about the Series 7 is the battery , which is now 33 % faster . A puck is very helpful because it charges the Apple Watch more quickly , but it still takes an hour to drain the battery .
