On the afternoon of Friday , September 24th , an dents intense-looking man was bouncing a volleyball play alone on the court . When I got closer , I soon realized that the intense-looking man was Mr . McBroom ; however , I did not recognize him since he always had a friendly face during my classes . This was Mr . McBroom ’ s game face , and he was a different person in this world of competitive sports . still hope one day they will be able to on the side of the court with their backs to the sun .
The teachers looked serious and ready to fight for their undefeated title . Their all-star team consisted of Mr . McBroom , Mr . Brown , Mr . Bryan , Ms . Kelli , Ms . Charmaine , Ms . Shandrea , Mr . Luke , Ms . Samantha , Mr . Tom , and Mr . Diego .

The students split into two teams by gender . Since each team had extra participators , the remaining people waited and practiced on the other court .
The teachers confidently began their first game with the girls . Everyone fiercely confronted each other , but the teachers ultimately came out on top right after Mr . Luke ’ s hot serving streak . After the final whistle , they shook hands , and the girls left the court with bitter faces of defeat .
Ms . Charmaine , the PE teacher , said , “ After the victory , we got well warmed up and got to know each other ’ s skills . We started playing better as a team .”
It was now the boys ’ turn to go up against the teachers . At the beginning of the game , the boys were dead ahead of victory . Since the teachers were tired from the first game , they made a lot more mistakes . Eventually , however , one of the boys missed a crucial service , and the teachers came back on top . With fire burning under them , the teachers came back for a close 25 to 23 victory .
