Operating and flight planning the AgEagle is simplicity in itself. Flight planning the autonomous (fully automatic) flight is as easy as opening the software for the AgEagle, using the Google map interface to find the plot you want to survey, then dragging the corners of a box to cover the area you want imaged. Tell the software how much you want the images to overlap and the direction of the wind and the software calculates the flight lines and that is what it will fly for you using its onboard GPS and flight control software. Then it lands itself, albeit a little unceremoniously but then it is designed for exactly that, landing in unprepared paddocks and rough ground.
