Here's a snack that not only provides vitamin C that helps keep your skin smooth, but as well the beta-carotene helps prevent sun damage plus it will help keep the zits away!
What you need:
2 medium-size sweet potatoes
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 table spoons of olive oil
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees, cut your potatoes lengthwise into strips, and toss it with oil (until they are evenly coated) then salt them. Arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake it for approximately 30 minutes until the fries are tender and lightly browned. (Remember to ask a parent for assistance if you are not familiar with using an oven).
