Snack of the Month
Here's a simple yet delicious snack that would take you about 5 minutes to make, it would make a great breakfast or even lunch snack.
What You need:
Whole Wheat flour tortilla (8 inch)
Smooth or Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 banana
Plain yogurt
Honey or jam
Open your tortilla spread peanut butter over, then add your sliced banana, add yogurt if you want with either honey or jam, add raisins if you like that combo as well, just roll it up and it's ready to go.
You could also heat your tortilla before adding ingrediants over the stove using tongs but no more then 10 sceonds on each side. Make sure to close the stove after finishing.
Voila you have a delicous treat, enjoy!
