ime is tight, and so is your skin. Your
desk is a mess, and so is your skin. You’re
feeling tired, overworked and under
pampered, and so is your skin. Basically, you’re
having trouble staying on top of everything in
your life, including your skin.
Sometimes maintaining a 100-step beauty
routine is just unsustainable. Most of us agree
the essentials of any skin care regime include
cleansing, moisturising, protecting and nourish-
ing. But do you exfoliate when you cleanse? Do
eyes get their own moisturiser? Is sunscreen
enough protection or do you delve into antiox-
idants too? Do you nourish with serums or just
