Multicultural awareness The Australian workplace and society are becoming more diverse than ever before. If you can demonstrate your understanding of other cultures, this will be appealing to potential employers. Success Tip: Exhibit any multicultural or diversity campaigns that you have been involved in, as well as places where you have volunteered in multicultural settings.
