R E I V I L O CERO LU INTERVIEW & PHOTOS BY BRUNO PARK Seldom is one’s love for skateboarding exceeded by their commitment. I’ve known Olivier since the first grade, and it’s been incredible to see the kid from down the street become the fearless skateboarder he is today. But even afterI’ve watched “EA” gri nd 24stair handrails and come into his own, I’ve never seen the kid I met years ago fade away. No, in fact he’s never lost the passion he’s had since the first day we rolled around together on four wheels. And maybe that’s the secret to skating forever or just a way of convincing yourself jumping on a 10-flat-10 kink rail is something you want to do? Or maybe that’s just exactly why Olivier is who he is and is on his way to where he’s going... Either way, we’re fortunate enough to be witnessing the beginning of this young ripper’s bright future.Something that’s been a long time coming...” Zane Foley What’s up Olivier? How’s it going? What’s up Bruno, things have been going pretty well lately. Let’s get all the basics out of the way! How old are you? Where are you from? How long you been skating for? I’m 22 years old, I’m from Claremont, California, and I’ve been skateboarding for 15 years now. Which feels crazy to say, honestly. Haha. How was it growing up there? I’m very grateful to have been able to grow up here. It’s a really nice little city, just a half hour East of Los Angeles.
