SESTRIERE SKI RESORT, ITALY
The highest resort in the Milky Way at 2,035 metres, Sestriere is for those looking
for guaranteed snow. Its north-facing slopes have set the record for snowfall
in the region and offer the most varied runs in the area. You and your students
can ski the same runs as the pros did during the 2006 Winter Olympic Games.
A wealth of après ski activities include ice-skating, swimming, disco, sports
centre and cinema for fun off the slopes. Great Visions accommodation options
available in both Sestriere and the charming village of Pragelato.

CLAVIERE SKI RESORT, ITALY
”
‘Relaxed’ is the best way to describe Claviere and if that’s how you
describe your skiing and riding style, then this is the trip for you. The slopes
are ideal for beginners and intermediates and the swift lift system makes
it easy to access the massive ski circuit. Off the slopes, Italy’s oldest resort
is a blend of Old and New World charm that offers you and your students
plenty to explore. You’re close also to Montgènevre, France if you want
to go country hopping.

I would like to thank all at Visions in Education for yet again an unforgettable
experience! Our students thoroughly enjoyed their time in Sestriere and are
still re-living their antics on and off the slopes. The quality of this trip would not
have been possible if it wasn’t for the high standard of service and facilities
which Visions offers. We are looking forward to returning next year!
