ALAGNA SKI RESORT, ITALY
"
It was an excellent trip for everyone involved with
positive comments from students, staff and parents. We
thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will look to
travel back to Alagna next year.

GRESSONEY SKI RESORT, ITALY
Comprised of two friendly, authentic Italian villages Gressoney is at the centre
of the fantastic Monterosa ski circuit. Visions groups stay in Stafal from where
you can access the whole of the Monterosa ski circuit. It is considered to be
one of the most scenic resorts in the Aosta Valley, with views of Mont Blanc, the
Monterosa glacier and the Matterhorn. There are picturesque tree-lined runs
and a great range of red and blue pistes on both sides of the valley plus village
nursery slopes with a magic carpet for beginners. If you’re a snowboarder then
you’ll love the snow parks on offer here.

Yes, Alagna has terrain for beginners and intermediates, but this place is
also a haven for experts. A modern cable car takes the ambitious right out
of the 12th-century village centre to Pianalunga, the mid-station that alone
offers 850 metres of vertical and a new high level nursery area. If that’s not
enough, you can jump on another cable car to the Passo Salati, where a
great range of varied pistes connect with the villages of Gressoney and
Champoluc. The traditional Italian villages at the heart of this region will
recharge you and your group for another day on top of the world.
