During this semester, while profoundly studying the skeletal system, i realised how important it is, without it, we would be unprotected and unable to move. I also learned that even if it is so strong, it can get damaged and seriously deteriorate, and how i can prevent this, which habits I have to reinforce to be healthier and to have a strong skeletal system, that has least risk of getting a disease. I believe this information can be used in everyday
life because its little
things or actions
we do that help our
skeleton to be strong.

In this course we learned all the systems of the body in a very specific way which help us to understand better our body on how does it work and the functions of every part of the body we also learned the hormones that we produce, also the disseaces that we can get and how to aboid them and produce them , during this semester we learned a lot of things that help us a lot and this

I am very glad that my team got assigned this system because it is such an essential part of our body. It does so many things from protecting and giving us support to producing blood cells and giving us minerals. Besides what seen in class I found out even more tips to keep my skeletal system healthy, and I hope I can apply it day by day. I hope other people find out how to take care of theirs as well because
since it is a strong system

I can conclude that the
skeletal system is one of
the most important system
s used in the human body,
without it everything will change an fit would be difficult for a human being to live. With everything that we researched and learned in all of the course, persuade me to take care of it and be aware of my health. There could be many different ways to get a disease, so that's why it is important to carefully take care of it. To stay healthy is a very important way have a strong system and to avoid diseases.
