Most would assume being team manager is all fun and games, but what are
some of the drawbacks to this type of work?
Fortunately I am not the manager of the team anymore. I have a lot of work with
managing OEM production, so I recently got this man (skater), who has similar points
of views and I believe he will do it well. Unfortunately I do not have time to do all this
stuff no more.
The Activity Team manager may sound like a fun activity, but it is not that simple.
After all, they work with people, and it is not always the easiest. The worst thing is that
some people think that sponsorship is a red cross, but it´s not as we all know.
What do you think are the responsibilities of a team manager?
Team Manager should mainly control team. Oversee the work riders and collect from
them the necessary materials that will be used subsequently. He should create events,
tour, etc.
How many sponsor-me videos do you receive a month?
It used to be around 50, now it is not so strong. While being contacted I am trying to
reply everyone telling them my opinion or advice. If I like the video, but it is not good
enough to do the sponsorship, so I am sometimes doing a single discounts on the
purchase from my shop. It’s such a little help to make riders day.
