PHILOSOPHY
The aim of the “University” is to produce worldclass soccer professionals, and invitations to
enrol will be afforded only to individuals who
already possess outstanding natural football
ability.

Each student will undergo a detailed

mental and physical assessment with the findings
utilised to direct a tailor made action plan and
learning programme. In essence, each student
will receive a unique training and instruction
plan based on individual needs.
During the student’s journey emphasis will be placed on 3 things: Continuing
healthy mental status of the individual, development of natural technical ability,
and transposing individuality into a team environment. Football will always be
opinion based. The importance of a player’s first touch, ball control, movement
and ability to read the game should not be dismissed; however these qualities can
all be learnt. Natural technical prowess cannot, but by infusing both natural
ability and learned acti ons, a superior breed of player emerges.
