Three stellar triathlon
series for 2015

The next step: Subaru
Ironman Canada in 2015
There are three events on the Subaru
Ironman Canada calendar this year. The
first will play out in breathtaking Whistler,
BC, on July 26, 2015. Next on the schedule
is the Subaru Ironman Mont-Tremblant on
August 16, followed by the Subaru Ironman
Muskoka, taking place in cottage country
north of the Greater Toronto Area on August

The Subaru athlete
rebate continues!
As part of our mission to promote healthy,
active lifestyles, Subaru Canada is thrilled to
announce the continuation of our rebate for
athletes who participate in various series. We
are offering a $750 cash-back rebate on the
purchase or lease of a new Subaru vehicle
from an authorized Subaru dealer in Canada.

Subaru Canada also matches the funds
raised through various internal activities by
employees with all proceeds going directly
to RMH Toronto. Last year, activities such as
jeans days, ice cream sales and silent auctions
contributed to raising $24,649.96. The funds
from outside activities such as the Toronto
Subaru Club HyperMeet and the Subaru
Running Series were also matched dollar-fordollar, bringing the total contribution for the
year to $36,000.
We are very proud of our association
with RMH Toronto. We are also proud to
announce that the House has been accredited
under Imagine Canada’s National Standards
Program for showing dedication to excellence
in five areas: board governance, financial
accountability and transparency, fundraising,
staff management and volunteer involvement.

At Subaru Canada, we’re proud
to have been a strong supporter
of athletic competitions for
professionals and amateurs alike.
This year, our support continues
with three triathlon series that
take place in different regions of
the country.
The Subaru Triathlon Series
is based in Ontario, with events
scheduled for Milton (June 7),
Guelph (June 20-21), Niagara
(July 19) and Orillia (August
16) before returning to Guelph
again (September 5). For more

In Western Canada, there
are events in British Columbia
(Shawnigan Lake on May 24,
Vancouver on July 5), Alberta
(Banff on September 12) and
Saskatchewan (in Saskatoon on
June 28). These races are
run under the Subaru Western
Triathlon Series; more information is available at www.triseries.ca.
The Subaru East Coast Triathlon Series
features a long list of events, all taking place
in New Brunswick. The calendar comprises
events in Moncton (May 31), Hampton (June
8), Gagetown (June 14), Fredericton (June

21), Dieppe (June 27), St. Andrews (July 5),
Chaleur (July 19) and Saint John (July 26).
The series wraps up with three events in
August—a return to Saint John and a visit
to Sackville (both on August 22) and a race
in Woolastock (September 13). For more
