Over the past 60 years, Subaru has forged a reputation for

times. For the 2019 model year, this proud tradition continues.
The Subaru Crosstrek, Impreza 4-Door, Impreza 5-Door,
Legacy, Outback and WRX — when equipped with the
EyeSight® Advanced Driver-Assist Technology and specific
headlights — all earned the coveted Insurance Institute for
Highway Safety (IIHS) Top Safety Pick+ designation for 2018.
In addition, all versions of the brand-new 2019 Subaru Ascent,
equipped with standard EyeSight and specific headlights, also
earned the Top Safety Pick+ designation for 2018.
The announcements for IIHS Top Safety Picks for 2019
will be announced this December. All of the same Subaru
models will be assessed again by this leading safety
organization; the expectation is that all vehicles listed will
perform well again. Not only that, the all-new 2019 Subaru
Forester will be in the running as well. Built on the new
Subaru Global Platform, fitted with the same headlights and
armed with EyeSight, this all-new compact SUV is expected
to score extremely well in the tests.
