1-. Base Plan have at least 50% openings to give transparency to the public space.
2-. Only cantilevers or balconies will be allowed on the public highway with the following conditions:
- That is above 2.5 meters high on the- sidewalk.
- That its width on the sidewalk does not exceed 2/3 of it
- That it is an extension of the building from which it hangs, which is why its safety and maintenance will be borne by the owner or owner; Y ,

3-. Rainwater runoff should be channeled to storm downspouts to the ground floor. They must be absorbed on the property and not be unloaded on the public highway, so that when draining they do not cause pedestrians to disturb.
