Dear Friends,
In 2018, we are celebrating our 25th Anniversary and I want to thank each of you as well
as our team of trusted leaders who helped us reach this milestone. We had a wonderful
celebration in January to commemorate the occasion. For those that came, thank you
for joining us and helping us celebrate. For those that missed it, we hope you can make
it to the 50th.
As a part of our 25th Anniversary celebration, we created a short film series to highlight
the personal stories of our sales associates. If you haven’t already, we invite you to

little more about each of us and why we like our work in this community so much.
2018 is shaping up to be another strong year in real estate sales. Inventory in most
categories is fairly low which will enhance pricing dramatically. Pricing at Ocean Reef
has not kept up with other Florida venues. For instance, ocean front land in Naples sells
for $100k/linear foot and ocean and bay front land at Ocean Reef sells for $45k/linear
foot. We are attractive from a pricing perspective to those new to Ocean Reef.
