“She needed a Hero, So that’s what she became.” This line reminds us, be-
ing a women, how strong we are. Our WOW issue focus is single and in-
dependent mothers. Independent refers to ensure equal rights such as to
freely live their life with a sense of self-worth, respect and dignity, have
complete control of their life both within and outside of their home
and workplace, to make their own choices and decisions, have equal so-
cial status in society, determine financial and economic choices, get equal
opportunity for education and get a safe working environment. The
fact that we are women, in my mind is purely incidental. Let’s all be to-
gether to do what we dream of in this world where anything is possible.
