All I see is
Men’s
& Women’s
No in-between
Why are clothes divided into sections?
A girl can’t wear those jeans, they're too baggy...
But a boy can’t wear those, they’re too tight...
What if I want baggy pants or a pair of tight leggings?
I am not confused
I am not uncomfortable with my body
I am not self conscious
I don’t have identity issues
I am not scared to express who I am
I am not a man
I am not a woman
I am just plainly a human
I don’t want to be told what to wear
Don’t try to tell me who I am because of the way I may appear.
I am not held back by the parts I was born with
I explore
Try new things
Get out of my comfort zone
I don’t want to be the name on the tag of my clothes
I want to be myself
Walking around in my “girls” shirt
“Boys” pants
And whatever shoes go with them
