This SIBN affiliate radio station is owned and operated by Dr.
Carleigh located in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Dr. Carleigh is very
well educated and experienced in counseling people on day to
day issues of life. Her desire to help others has led to the creation
of support homes and locations overseas to care for the sick and
underprivileged. In addition to these many endeavors she also is in
the process of establishing a fully accredited Bible University.
