My Name is Eleanor Idlewood. I'm a 22 year old
songwriter, producer, composer,also a 3D
animator and artist. I'm a synthesizer lover. I
work as a barista at Starbucks and I live in
France!
I have been a Simmer since 2017. I love this
game! It’s one of my favorite games, along with
GTA San Andreas, Vice City, Spore and Dofus. I
can play for hours, and I can’t explain why. One
day I found myself playing the Sims for 8 hours
non-stop.
I play with my Sims family, my superheroes
squad - I love comic books, especially the X-men
comics- my BabyCutieCats, and sometimes I’m
also focused on my restaurant & shop.
My favorite opus is The Sims 4. It’s the first Sims
game I have ever played. It was in 2015, I was in
a depression and one of my best friends
showed me the Sims and I fell in love. Then, I
tried The Sims 3 but I didn’t like it.
I tend to play with families, even if I hate the
baby and toddler phases in the game, I like
building a house for a family and creating some
drama because it’s fun.
If at any point I had to quit playing The Sims, I
reckon the reason would be that my computer
must have crashed and died.
My favorite thing about The Sims 4 is that we
can create EVERYTHING, and I love that. I also
love CC and mods. On the other hand I hate
babies and the toddlers in The Sims 4 because
my Sim must be with the baby or the toddler all
the time!
Honestly, I don’t know what would help
improve The Sims 4 for the better. For me the
game is perfect right now as it is.
As I mentioned earlier, I’m a music producer, I
love the Sims. The Sims can sing, “Voilà”! That’s
how I got the idea for this project. Now, for the
SIMPERIUM
image of the band, the concept of 3 girls who are
singing, I got inspired by the Bananarama, a girl
group from the 80’s that I love so much! So when
I created the 3 singers and imagined a story
about them, there were 3 students in art school
who were trying to be famous. Regarding the
band name “BabyCutieCats”; I found it cute.
For their debut album “Nooboo” I recorded The
Sims vocals, when my Sims sing in the karaoke
for example, and I mixed it with an instrumental I
had created. For their next album and the two
latest singles “HeartBreaker” and “Falling Down”,
they were singing in English with a vocaloid
software as I can’t sing. I wrote, composed and
produced the songs. These singles are available
on Spotify and Apple Music. I can’t do that with
the “Nooboo” album because of a copyright
about the Sims voices. However, for the
“Heartbreaker Remix” album, I have also created
a Simlish version of this song and all of the
Simlish vocals are created with Vocaloid. So now,
every next song of the band will be in both
English and Simlish. I chose to “sing” in English
