Kooper Jacobi set career-highs in points ( 44 ) and rebounds ( 18 ) in leading the preseason No . 1 Dragons , who played without fellow senior standout Trey Kaufman-Renn , to a 25-point triumph over the Olympians in their season-opener .
With Kaufman-Renn sidelined by an ankle injury , junior point guard Branden Northern added 21 points and nine assists while senior guard Isaac Hinton recorded a double-double ( 17 points , 10 rebounds ).

Jacobi tallied 32 points , 13 rebounds and five assists to lead the Dragons to a 47-point win .
Northern added 21 points , six rebounds and six assists for Creek , which outpointed the host Pirates 39-2 after falling behind 4-0 .

Jacobi , who was honored before the game for scoring his 1,000th career point , tallied 36 , to go along with 12 rebounds , in the Dragons ’ 38-point triumph over the Generals in their home-opener . Northern added 27 points and seven assists in the win .
NORTH HARRISON 63 , SILVER CREEK 61 Dec . 11 at Ramsey
The host Cougars knocked off the Dragons , who continued to play without Kaufman-Renn , behind 25 points from senior big man Langdon Hatton .
Jacobi tallied 31 points and 11 rebounds in a losing effort .
FW BLACKHAWK 94 , SILVER CREEK 84 ( 2 OTs ) Dec . 12 at the Southport Fieldhouse
The Dragons suffered their second straight loss , falling in double-OT to the Braves , the No . 1 team in 2A , in the FORUM Tipoff Classic .
Jacobi had 33 points and 13 rebounds in defeat while Northern contributed a career-high 32 points and eight assists .
SILVER CREEK 77 , JEFFERSONVILLE 67 Dec . 18 at Silver Creek
In his season-debut , Kaufman-Renn tallied 23 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Dragons to a 10-point triumph over the visiting Red Devils .
Northern contributed 21 points , five rebounds and five assists while Jacobi tallied 17 points .
SILVER CREEK 62 , PROVIDENCE 41 Dec . 29 at Silver Creek
Jacobi and Kaufman-Renn combined for 43 points ( Jacobi 26 , Kaufman-Renn 17 ) and 22 rebounds ( 11 apiece ) in the Dragons ’ 21-point triumph over the Pioneers in the semifinals of the Silver Creek Holiday Tournament .

Kaufman-Renn went for 37 points , 16 rebounds and six assists to lead the Dragons , who played without Northern ( due to a COVID quarantine ) for the second straight game , to a 46-point victory over the Generals , and their fourth consecutive Silver Creek Holiday Tournament title .
