Passion, knowledge, study and a dialectic of public speaking, are the main qualities that characterize the figure of Francis. We had the pleasure of attending a tasting to understand how much this wine professional transmits enthusiasm and involvement to every “sip”. His career path in wine began with courses of AIS, ONAV. He then met two great Masters of tasting, Christian Roger, with whom he now works in the world of wine consulting and investment in Wine (www.christianroger.com ) and Sandro Sangiorgi (www.porthos.it) from whom he picked up his approach to Wine in which emotionality and subjectivity are absolute protagonists. Nowadays, besides working with Christian Roger, he works regularly with the “La Collina dei Ciliegi” winery (www.lacollinadeiciliegi.it) with which he holds tasting events throughout Italy and beyond, working with both institutional and private clients. and measuring himself with working contexts always in step with the times. In his evenings there is no boredom, but only curiosity and willingness to “open up” to wine, so as to lead his guests on a sensory journey that captures, impresses and leads to greater awareness. The world of wine goes hand in hand with the world of Altacucina, and this is the reason that led us to emphasize in this space to a professional figure like that of Francesco, because as he often likes to say “the only reason why man decided to create an extraordinary drink as the wine is so that it ends as soon as possible on the table “.
