Summer may have ended , the air is growing thinner and “ sweater weather ” may very well be upon us , yet fall remains a favourable time of year for both young and old . Not only is it a season for reflection and feeling gratitude , but also a perfect reason to indulge in small comforts , such as treating yourself to a pumpkin spice latte and feeling the crunch of the autumn leaves beneath your feet .

Make It a Fall Filled with Fun
Enjoying fall doesn ’ t necessarily have to be expensive or entail elaborate details and planning – it could be as simple as “ leaf-peeping ” by taking a drive out in the country to savour the beautiful scenery of the red , yellow and orange trees . The Niagara Escarpment , for instance , is the perfect setting for offering some exquisite views . Gardening is a highly cathartic activity and also a low-intensity workout , so why not plant a few bulbs in your garden , such as tulips or daffodils , for next spring ?
