On our website, Silver & Gold created the “Seniors Helpers”
link so that seniors can have access to finding the assistance
they may need while living at home:
• CAREGIVERS: A caregiver can assist with basic needs, such
as bathing, grooming, and toiletry. They may also provide
companionship and assist with housekeeping, preparing
meals, and transportation. A professional caregiver may
also be a Nurse or PSW.
• CONCIERGE / DRIVING: A Concierge provides personal
care including cooking, driving, errands, shopping, and
more. A personal driver can help driving to/from errands,
doctor’s appointments, shopping and more.
• MEALS/DELIVERY: Sometimes it’s nice not to have to

gardening, pet or home minding, cooking, or property
maintenance such as snow removal, windrow clearing,
eaves cleaning.
• DOWNSIZING / DECLUTTERING: Find senior-focused
help with downsizing, moving, packing items, storage
facilities, home-staging, and making space for living.
• FINANCIAL HELP: Senior-focused help with taxes,
investments, finances, legal assistance with preparing and
updating a Will, Power of Attorney, Estate Planning, and
more.
• SENIOR REAL ESTATE: A senior-focused Real Estate
Representative (SRES/ASA designations) can help with
buying or selling your home, providing financial real estate
advice with a focus on senior-specific needs and lifestyles.
At the present moment, Silver & Gold is growing this aspect
of the website and offering the advertisement space for
FREE. The goal is to eventually print an annual booklet
which will be sent to seniors’ residences so they can browse
